Derila pillow price in the UK: what the Derila Ergo ergonomic neck pillow costs, and where to buy it

You've seen the advert, the butterfly-shaped pillow, the "today only" banner. Before you buy, here's how the Derila Ergo price actually works, where you can buy it in the UK, what to make of discount codes, and how to make sure your money is protected by the 60-day returns.

Derila pillow price in the UK: what the Derila Ergo ergonomic neck pillow costs, and where to buy it

The short answer: there's no single fixed Derila pillow price. It depends on how many pillows you buy (the price per pillow drops with bigger packs) and on the offers running that day. I don't print a figure here because it would be out of date within days. The only place to see today's price, with the 60-day returns, is the official site.

How the Derila Ergo neck pillow price is set: packs and offers

When you click through to the official site, you don't see one price. You see packs. One pillow, two, three, sometimes more. The rule is simple: the more pillows in the pack, the lower the price per pillow. The brand recommends two, and that's not just sales talk. A second pillow is handy if you share a bed, or as a spare while one cover is in the wash.

The figure on screen also moves with the offers of the day. That's why two friends can tell you two different prices for the same pillow in the same month. Neither is lying; they just ordered on different days.

A few things to watch at checkout:

I bought a single pillow for my four-week test, and one is plenty to find out whether it suits you. If you'd like to know how it performed night by night before spending anything, read my full Derila pillow review.

Is the Derila Ergo memory foam pillow worth the price? What you get for it

A memory foam pillow is sold at every price point, from supermarket rectangular cushions to premium brands. So what does the Derila Ergo give you that a cheaper foam pillow doesn't?

In short, you're paying for the moulded design. A specialised contour like this aims to hold your head and neck in a neutral posture all night: the back of the head sits in the central depression, the neck rests on the edge, and the cervical spine stays roughly in line with the rest of the spinal column. With a soft pillow, you fluff it up at midnight and by 3am your neck is bent again. Solid memory foam doesn't do that, so the support is the same throughout the night.

That's the theory. In practice, it worked well for me on my side and on my back, after an adjustment period of three or four nights. It's firm at first. It's also not ideal for front sleepers: at about 12 cm, it tilts the head up. Your mattress firmness plays a part too; on a very soft mattress your shoulder sinks further, which changes how high the pillow feels.

Is it worth it? If you wake with neck stiffness and your current pillow goes flat overnight, I think so, and the 60-day returns mean you can check for yourself. If you sleep mostly on your front, I'd save your money.

Where to buy the Derila pillow in the UK

The official site

This is where I'd buy it. You get the original product, you see all the packs side by side, and you get the 60-day returns, which only apply to purchases made there. The button on this page goes straight to it.

Amazon UK

Search "Derila pillow" on Amazon and you'll find listings from resellers, sometimes in single packs or packs of two. Amazon derila pillow listings can be fine, but bear in mind that the Derila 60-day policy doesn't follow the pillow: it's the seller's and Amazon's own returns rules that apply. Check who the seller is, read the most recent reviews, and compare the size given in the listing with the 54 x 36 cm of the Derila Ergo.

Boots, Argos and the high street

People often search "buy Derila pillow near me". When we searched the Boots and Argos websites in October 2026, we didn't find the Derila there. As far as we can tell, it's sold mainly online, so you're unlikely to be able to try one in a shop. That's another reason the returns period matters.

Lookalike websites

Search Google for the Derila pillow and you'll see several sites with "Derila" in the web address. We can't vouch for all of them. There is also a known imitation, "Derilo Ergo", rated 1.7/5 on Trustpilot. Before paying, check the spelling and the address, and if anything feels off, go back and use a link you trust. I go through the warning signs in detail in are Derila pillows legit?

Derila discount code, coupon code and free shipping code: the honest version

Type "derila discount code" or "derila coupon code" into Google and you'll find pages full of codes. Most of them are bait: the code doesn't work, or it's the same reduction everybody already gets. I don't publish codes here, and I'd be wary of any site that promises a secret one.

  1. Only use codes the official site shows you. If there's an offer, it normally appears on the product page or in the basket.
  2. Never pay for a code and never hand over personal details to "unlock" one.
  3. The bigger saving is the pack. If you'd need two pillows anyway, a two-pack lowers the price per pillow more reliably than any coupon.
  4. Free shipping code? Delivery costs and any free delivery threshold are shown at checkout. Check there rather than trusting a code from a third-party site.

Returns and refunds: what happens to your money

For a pillow you can't try in a shop, the returns policy is part of the price. On the official site:

  1. You have 60 days from delivery to ask for a return, even if you've simply changed your mind.
  2. Fill in the contact form. Customer service gives you a return number (RMA) and the address.
  3. Send the parcel back. Once it's received, the refund comes within 14 working days.
  4. Postage costs aren't refunded, either for the original delivery or for sending it back.

Bought on Amazon or elsewhere? The seller's own policy applies, not Derila's 60 days.

Derila Ergo vs a neck pillow for long flights

A lot of people searching the price of a neck pillow are really thinking about travel: the U-shaped cushion you see at airport shops. That's a different product. The Derila Ergo is a bed pillow. At 54 x 36 cm and about 1 kg, it will fit in a suitcase, and some people take it on holiday so they sleep the same way in a hotel bed, but it's not something you wear around your neck in an aeroplane seat.

If you're looking for the best neck pillow for long flights, Which? publishes tests of travel pillows, which is the place to start. If what you need is better neck support in your own bed every night, that's what the Derila Ergo is built for. It's an ergonomic neck pillow for everyday use, not a sleep accessory for the plane.

Is the Derila Ergo the best pillow for side sleepers? What the NHS says

We found no NHS recommendation for any pillow brand. Its neck pain advice is more general: use a low, firm pillow, keep your head at the same height as the rest of your body, and avoid sleeping on your front. The Derila Ergo is firm. At about 12 cm, it's not what most people would call low, but for side sleepers that height fills the space between the ear and the edge of the shoulder, which is what keeps the head level with the body. For back sleepers, the head rests in the hollow rather than on the full height.

If your neck pain lasts more than a few weeks, if painkillers haven't helped, or if you have other symptoms such as pins and needles, see your GP before you change pillows. A pillow is about comfort and sleep posture, not treatment.

Derila pillow price FAQ

How much is the Derila pillow in the UK?

The price depends on the pack (the more pillows, the lower the price per pillow) and on the day's offers, so it changes often. Check the official site for today's price rather than a figure quoted on another website.

Where do I buy Derila Ergo pillows?

On the official Derila site, which is the only place the 60-day returns apply. Resellers also list it on Amazon UK. We didn't find it at Boots or Argos when we checked in October 2026.

Where are Derila pillows from?

The brand sells mainly online and, on the official pages we checked, doesn't clearly state the country of manufacture. What it does state is a CertiPUR-certified memory foam with no latex.

Is there a Derila discount code?

Only trust codes or offers shown on the official site itself. Codes on coupon websites are often expired or fake. Buying a multi-pack is the most reliable way to lower the price per pillow.

What is the best pillow for side sleepers in the UK, according to the NHS?

We found no NHS page naming a brand. Its neck pain advice is to use a low, firm pillow and keep your head at the same height as the rest of your body. For side sleepers, that usually means a pillow firm enough to fill the space between ear and shoulder.

Can I return the Derila pillow if I don't like it?

Yes, within 60 days of delivery if you bought it on the official site, even if you've just changed your mind. The refund arrives within 14 working days after they receive it; postage isn't refunded.
